Pastor Doug was born in Oakland and raised in Castro Valley. He served as our RC youth pastor from 1976-1992 and our Senior Pastor and Missions Pastor from 2007-2014. Doug currently serves as our Pastor at Large and his love and care extends across our church family of all ages and generations. Pastor Doug loves his family of four adult children, 2 live locally and 2 live in the Southeast states, as do his 6 grandchildren. Doug became a widower in 2020 and married Ann Villegas also a widow, in 2023. Doug and Ann have hearts of compassion and care for many of our RC family.
